Booking is on request in 3 steps:
1) ask for AVAILABILITY using the "booking form" beside or send email to info@realvenice.it or phone call or check by yourself in the box below
2) when you receive our affermative answer and offer u can CONFIRM THE BOOKING via email with telephone number and credit card including expiry date to secure/guarantee the reservation (payment will be upon arrival). In case you can also pay in advance 50% via bank transfer or via PayPal or ask how to put credit card details in our virtual pos.
3) The booking is DONE when we will send you an email as CONFIRMATION with voucher, cost and information to arrive here.
Children up to 6 y.o dont pay, extra bed +20€, double used as single -20%
Before proceeding, please read carefully the following cancellation policy, because booking with us you accept our cancellation Policy (according with international laws on tourism payments),
If you CANCEL (and we cannot re-sell the room and re-arrange the booking)
—> 15 days before, there is nothing to pay
—> from 14 to 8 days before | 1 night must be paid for
—> from 7 to 1 day before | 50% of total amount must be paid for
—> the same day or no show | the total sum must be paid for
IT ALSO KINDLY REQUESTED TO INFORM ABOUT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL in Venice (and eventual delays). Cause is family run and that’s why we can offer you a low cost accomodation in a expensive city.
