How to book (Terms and Condition)
To ask information and availability you need to fill the form below. To book you need to send an email, confirming all your details, period of stay and the required information: telephone number and arrival time. You will also need to secure the reservation giving (by mail or by phone) credit card just as guarantee (type of card, number, expiracy date), No payment will be taken by card the payment will be in cash upon arrival; this guarantee can be given also through postal money order, sending non transferable cheque, or bank transfer.
It is also kindly requested to inform about the approximate TIME OF ARRIVAL and eventual delays.
Before proceeding with the booking , please read carefully the following Cancellation Policy, because by booking B&B S.Marco you accept the Cancellation Policy as follows:
- 14 days before, there is nothing to pay
- from 13 to 7 days before, 1 night must be paid for
- from 6 to 1 day before, 50% of total amount must be paid for
- the same day or if you don't turn up then the total sum of the reservation must be paid for
