The house is situated close to the church San Giorgio dei Schiavoni, famous for the finest paintings of Carpaccio. From the rooms on the third floor you can enjoy spectacular views over the rooftops, the water, the church and the bridge over the characteristic canal. All the 3 rooms are canal view, Genitori has also the balcony.
It is so well positioned 5 minuts walking distance from the main square, but away from multitudes of tourists and, if you explore beyond San Marco you will find tranquil not touristy and fascinating neighbourhood of Castello. There are 3 double bedrooms, ranging in size from 18 sqm to 24sqm. Breakfast is self-service and is taken in a communal kitchen that is private after 11am. The bathroom is shared between the 3 guest rooms.
There is also a separate apartment which consists of living room (with a spare bed), dining room and kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and bathroom, so you can shop nearby in the local market and experience to be a real venitian...
