HOW TO REACH the B&B S.MARCO

The nearest public water bus stop to the B&B is S. Zaccaria, beside S.Marco square.

How to get there:

• From car parking or bus terminal Piazzale Roma: public boat n° 51 or 41 (20/25min), or N°2 (40min). (From car parking Tronchetto only public boat N° 2 (30min)).
• From train station S.Lucia: via canal Giudecca n° 51 or 41 (22/27 min) (or n°2 h.45’), or via Canal Grande more scenic: n°1, (40min) or N°2 less stops (25’) (in winter stop at S.Marco)
• From Airport Marco Polo: via water ALILAGUNA public boat to S. Zaccaria or Arsenale (1hour, 12€), departing every hour at .10 or.40 – (to get to Alilaguna departures you have to walk 300meters at the exit to the left). Or via land bus n°5 (€2) or coaches ATVO (€3) to P.le Roma bus terminal (every 15minutes – it takes 20min), then take the water bus as above.
  From Treviso Airport there are direct coaches to P.le Roma.

From S.Zaccaria boat stop (5 minutes walk to the B&B), in front or crossing the bridge on the right (depend from which boat you travel with) take the archway on the right of The Savoia & Jolanda Hotel, ? cross S. Zaccaria Square, get out from the other side of the square and turn right, after 50metres get into Fondamenta de l’Osmarin, walk till the end to GRECI bridge (that crosses 2 canals and with a leaning bell tower), walk to LION bridge (parallel to Greci bridge and close to a newspaper kiosk after 2 restaurants), cross the bridge then take Calle LION till the canal now you are at FONDAMENTA S.GIORGIO degli SCHIAVONI and finally the second door on the left is the house at N° 3385/L Ring the bell - SCURATI – B&B 3° floor

Ps: We advice you to come with light luggages because in Venice you walk and there are bridges. (public boat 1 trip is 6,5€, 1 day pass 16€, 2 days is 26€, but once arrived you can walk everywhere easily). Private water taxis can reach any canal and take you directly to the B&B but cost 60€ from the station and 90€ from airport
